For thousands of years Man has looked at the stars to find out more about the Universe that surrounds us. Through the observation of the movements repeated by the planets, the seasons and nature in general, civilization has adapted its living cycles and its means of survival. Today, that technology has perhaps made most city dwellers forget the rhythm of seasons (sowing on specific dates and reaping on others) it has become more important to return to the age-old knowledge of Cosmo Dnamics and study the movements that emulate the natural life-cycles. The study of Cosmo Dynamics incorporate slow movements that are used as a form of relaxation and teach control of every part of the body. The movements practiced are slow and steady and students will focus on developing control and form as well as increase muscle tone and improve flexibility. Fighting and self-defense techniques are also taught. Students studying Cosmo Dynamics will achieve better conditioning for the body and more importantly, develop a sense of internal calm. Cosmodinamia (Tai-Chi) is to learn to synchronize with the environment. To move with the dynamics of the cosmos. Following in synchronization with the movements of the universe. Looking for the inner strength and softness in the outside. Using introspection. Its the maximum expression of the non-confrontation. Its about opening the mind and losing the structure.

Reflexology
In order to correctly describe this art one would be better served by calling it Reflectology. This refers to the use of Micro Bodies to heal and harmonize the entire body. Reflexology is taught both in a class format that enables the student to perform treatments both on himself and on others. A class in Pakua reflexology is a treatment in itself and careful attention is paid to each student and to his individual needs. Through the study of a persons relationship with the universe one can seek to achieve harmony. This millennia old traditional study, based on the traditional Pakua symbol, is the study of an internal Martial Art and is concentrates on the healing of the internal organs in order to increase their capacity. The movements exercises to promote organ rejuvenation, breathing exercises, meditation, and the massage of feet, hands, as well as ears to generate further health benefits. Our feet, hands and ears actually contain a map of our bodies on them. By learning to access a certain part of the body through massage of the foot, hand or ear, we can promote healing or prevent organ imbalances and even diseases. The art of reflexology was practiced in ancient China to heal family members without seeking help from a doctor. The art has been taught and practiced from generation to generation. Students who practice reflexology consistently report feeling better after class, more energetic, clear-minded and strong. People who suffer from chronic ailments such as headaches, digestive problems, back pain, weight imbalance and stress related pains turn to Pakua Reflexology as a cure to these afflictions. Once learned, Reflexology can be practiced throughout life and used to help heal oneself and ones family and friends. Pakua Reflexology is a part of the ancient Pakua Knowledge.

Sintony can be described as the harmonic interaction between ourselves and the universe.

Nutrition
Even the health-oriented amongst us, those who do not care too much for the fast-pace pill-popping society we live in, are still influenced by our surroundings and our eating habits. Vitamins and supplements fill the health shop shelves and we have a feeling of furthering our preventive approach when we swallow, with our breakfast, a series of vitamins in form of pills. The expression expensive urine is often heard and serves as an accurate description of the mutations of some vitamins within our body. The Pakua approach to nutrition is one that enables the body to receive the right amount of vitamins and vital nutrient, through the processing of regular food intake. Eating the right food, in the right quantity in the right amounts will supply the body with all it needs in order to maintain proper harmony and vitality in all of its daily activities. Once again, the philosophy of helping the body deal with its daily tasks, rather than taking over its job, comes in to action. Even during periods of illness - or disharmonies, as the Chinese view would call it - changes in nutrition to supplement the body with substance it might have been depleted are preferable to ingurgitating foreign matters. During the course of day the body performs different functions and has different needs. The human body arising from a nights sleep has a need for certain alimentation that will help it awaken and perform its functions. This period and the nutritive requirements that come with it ends at some point during the day and other needs arise. Here again the concept of the Sky Man and Earth divisions both in respect to the hours of the day and to the division of foods is omnipresent. The Yin Yang concept is also one used in the Pakua nutritive system as well as the Five Elements and the Eight Changes. The Pakua nutritive system is both simple and complicated allowing for a rigid following of dietary discipline or to be used as loose guidelines to healthier eating habits. Its principals are clear and easy to incorporate. An understanding of Pakua Nutrition does not necessitate a thorough understanding of Chinese philosophy or human anatomy. The full course in Pakua Nutrition can be studied by a layman and will also be of immense benefit to a health care professional.

The common household item used to carry water back from the well, was used as a weapon in case of emergency. Other ancient weapons are actual weapons of war. Their study is accompanied by a study of the warriors discipline which help us today in our daily battles of life. The discipline of mind and body acquired during the study of any of these weapons from the past, is an invaluable tool for us today.
