Bella was a very inspiring teacher, her introductory class was very mind opening and very satisfactory, I recommend this to anyone looking to learn about archery and about themselves.

A great class with Master Bella. She is very professional and makes the experience one of a kind. You will learn proper form, handling, and techniques! Prepare to be amazed at your abilities by the end of the course. Breath work, and stretching were a wonderful addition to appreciate "Zen" meditation. My husband and I both enjoyed learning about it, and putting form to practice. Do not hesitate to give it a try!

I enjoyed this class very much. I had never even held a bow let alone shoot an arrow. By the end of class I did actually get a few across the room and into the target. There is a lot more to archery than I thought in terms of form. I would love to sign up for regular classes but I am unable to due to erratic work schedules. I highly recommend the class. Everyone was warm and welcoming.

"Great first experience for Chinese Yoga at Pa Kua Health. I was warmly welcomed and walked through what to do very naturally. I plan on trying a few more classes here."

"This is my second time taking a Chinese Yoga class at Pa Kua Health in North Hollywood under the instructor Galeena; and I love it! As a newcomer to yoga and someone who is working on gaining further flexibility, I highly recommend this class. A very peaceful environment to perform such a practice, and you end class feeling relaxed and refreshed. I will be returning here and am looking forward to my next class! "

"Tucked away in North Hollywood is a small studio that hosts fitness classes. I bought a Groupon for 30 fitness classes. Pa Kua was the closest location to me. My friend and I came for the 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm Chinese yoga. The instructor was very friendly and greeted us immediately when we came in. She offered water and explained to us how the classes worked. They have a water station and bamboo mats for you outside the studio. They had ottomans to store your belongings and a small cubby for your shoes. To my surprise, my friend and I were the only participants for this class. It was such a shame since the class was great! Chinese yoga is a little lighter than regular yoga. There were periods of mediation followed by stretches and a few poses. Overall it was a very fun class. I definitely recommend this studio. It's very intimate and I actually saw a staff member clean up the floor after the class before us so I know they value upkeep. There's plenty residential parking and a few metered spots."
